Question:

I have my movie collection in My Movies for iPhone, iPad, Android or Windows Phone, and would like to make my collection available in the My Movies Collection Management program for Windows. How do I do that?

Answer:

In the Collection Management program, select the "WebService" menu, and the "Synchronize Online and Mobile Collection" option, and select "Download to Client" and press "OK".

Notice! When downloading the collection from the online servers, you will remove all titles that you might currently have in the Collection Management and replace it with the content from the iPhone, iPad, Android or Windows Phone device. The data in the Collection Management program can after this only be restored if you have created a database backup in the Collection Management program.
